How To Book


We have alot to offer here at Ballyhass. If you have any queries please call the booking team in the office on 022 27773. Or prefably email and we will get back to you ASAP. The phone can be very busy at times so please bare with us during the busy season. Please prepare and have an idea of numbers, prefered dates and activity choices.

For individuals and small groups;

Booking Deposits 

  • To confirm or hold a date for any group outing a deposit must be recieved. (Please note that dates get booked up extremely quickly and that we are unable to provisionally hold dates without a deposit payment)

  • An Approximate size of your group will be required on booking. The size of your group can be altered up to 24 hours prior to your event date. 

  • The final number at that point will be the number invoiced for on the event day. Please keep close track of your group numbers as this has huge staff and operations impact on site. 

  • €10 per participant deposit will be required to confirm and enter your booking into the system. 

  • All payments will be required to be paid in Euros €

Deposit Payment Method

  • Debit or Credit Card over the phone or on site

  • Bank Transfer or lodgement (You must reference either your booking Number or Invoice number on payment)

  • Cheque, Draft, Postal Order: subject to clearance (You must reference either your booking Number or Invoice number on payment)

A confirmation email will be sent out on reciept of your deposit payment. This payment is used to secure your preferred date. If you wish to change your date, make any changes or cancel your booking after this please do so no later than two weeks before your event date. If you wish to make any changes to your booking within two weeks it is unlikely we will be able to accomodate them as we will have other groups in and on site at the same time. 

Balance payment method

  1. Final Numbers are required 24 hours before you event date.

  2. Numbers given at that point will be charged for.

  3. Balance can be paid on the day of the event.

  4. Please note we cannot make any changes on the day.

  5. Please include any PO numbers as nessecary
