The Reception, administration and Fishing Pavilion are in the one building which is open from 09:00 to dusk seven days a week all year round. Staff may sometimes be engaged on other duties around the complex.
To confirm arrival time for a house letting or to ask for brochures please leave a message on the answering machine if you fail to speak to a staff member.

Fishery and Site Manager, Tom is well known in angling circles throughout Ireland. He is very experienced angler and fly tyer, and has held various committee positions with the governing bodies for Trout angling in Ireland. His advice is held in high esteem by all visiting anglers.

Alex Stephens

Senior Activity Instructor: Alex has had wide experience in outdoor activities having spent many years in the UK specializing in corporate team building. He was 11 years with Trabolgan Holiday centre and some years thereafter in general management. He has a wide range of qualifications as an activity instructor, and in safety procedures, personnel and general management.

Instructor and administration: Amy gained much of her experience in her native Australia where she worked as an outdoor pursuits instructor. She continued her career in Ireland advancing to co ordination and is now responsible for marketing all of the Ballyhass activities.
